Our “Neal’s Deal” Maker’s Mark Bourbon begins with a barrel of fully matured Maker’s Mark Cask Strength, to which we added our custom combination of 10 wood finishing staves: (3) Baked American Pure Two, (1) Seared French Cuvee, (2) Maker’s Mark 46, & (4) Roasted French Mendiant. An expression that is undeniable Maker’s Mark, but with a flavor and finish that is truly BILLY’S.
